• Orders to go through AET – In Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program score can be communicated upon request.
• Access to tenders with Saudi Aramco through AET.

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Agent: Al Roumi General Trading
Services offered under agency agreement:

• Deployment of staff for onshore and offshore projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Access to ADNOC oil and gas tenders.

3C Metal is also in the process of being registered with ADNOC.

Tunisia and Libya

• Access to National Tunisian and Libyan Tenders.
• Access to Tunisian and Libyan RFQ from local company.

Algeria

Services offered under agency agreement:

• Access to BAOSEM tenders and administrative support.
• Access to Algerian request from private or semi-national company and direct RFQ not published on BAOSEM.
