3C Metal - Saudi Arabia
In June 2025, 3C Metal entered a joint venture with the Arabian Establishment for Trade and Shipping (AET), establishing a permanent legal entity in Saudi Arabia. This joint venture enables 3C Metal to work directly with local clients and offer our full range of services.
The joint venture follows years of successful collaboration with AET, during which we operated under an agency agreement, allowing 3C Metal to operate a local workshop and yard facilities in Dammam, allowing us to support both onshore and offshore services, including structural and piping fabrication. AET’s strong local footprint allowed us to accelerate developments in HR, logistics, and administrative functions.
With the joint venture now in place, 3C Metal is well-positioned to expand our capabilities in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Support from the Ortec Group will further drive the success of this joint venture and facilitate future development in the region.
