Metal has developed a new range of product
dedicated to kill and choke lines with
3"1/16 I.D. piping (ASTM A519 Gr 4130)
and associated fittings, to suit the
nominal size of commonly used valves.
This piping and its fabrication process
are build to enhance fabrication tolerances
as compared to the commonly used ASTM

Operational since April 2004

Since April 2004, our steel fabrication,
maintenance, repair and rig-up workshop
and yard is fully operational. We
provide a 2,000 m² fully equipped
covered workshop with 2x 10 T. and 5 T.
overhead cranes and all required
fabrication and repair machinery and
tools on a 30,000 m² hard-surfaced
rig-up and storage yard. We have
inaugurated a dedicated blasting and
coating shop on the premises. 3CMetal
operate from 600 m² of offices including
design and engineering facilities on 3D
Inventor Professional. We maintain the
largest stock of X52 and 4130 high
pressure piping available in the region
in various sizes. High quality services
are assured by a dedicated European
management team, executed by largely
Romanian and Malaysian workshop and yard
personnel. 3CMetal Int’l LLC is ISO 9000
accredited. From our Dubai workshop, we
provide field installation and steel
repair/upgrade work worldwide by
experienced and qualified personnel |
