Chargé d’affaires négoce Acheteur H/F

Au sein de l’établissement de Sauvelade et sous la responsabilité du Responsable 3C Supply (négoce de matériel pour le secteur Oil & Gas), il (elle) sera chargé(e) de:


  • Identifier le besoin du client et l’assister éventuellement dans la définition de son besoin (matériaux, spécifications techniques…)
  • Rédiger les offres techniques et commerciales,
  • Rédiger les demandes de prix auprès des fournisseurs identifiés et en rechercher de nouveaux si besoin.
  • Sélectionner les fournisseurs proposant les meilleurs offres en terme de qualité, prix et délais de livraison.
  • Négocier si nécessaire les conditions contractuelles (commerciales, transport, paiement)
  • Faire réaliser en interne ou en sous-traitance le contrôle, la préparation du matériel et en organiser l’expédition selon les termes du contrat,
  • Répondre aux besoins ponctuels d’assistance des filiales et des chargés d’affaires du site sur leurs achats
  • Participer aux inventaires
  • Elaborer un suivi d’affaire détaillé et documenté,
  • Appliquer et Respecter les procédures QHSE du groupe.

Profil
  • De formation supérieure technique ou école de commerce, avec une expérience d’achats techniques dans le secteur Oil & Gas.
  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans sur un poste similaire en milieu industriel de préférence en équipements techniques (tuyauterie, chaudronnerie, soudure, outillage, maintenance).
  • Expérience en contexte international import/export exigée, de préférence dans l’Oil and Gas

Compétences requises
  • Savoir lire une documentation technique, des plans de fabrication.
  • Connaissance des matériaux métalliques
  • Très bon niveau dans l’utilisation d’Excel et des outils bureautiques
  • Expérience d’utilisation d’un ERP
  • Anglais professionnel courant (langue de travail)
  • Connaissance des réglementations douanières, des Incoterms et des modalités contractuelles à l’international serait un plus

Project Engineer USA

Based in our office in Houston and reporting to the Project Manager based in Houston and our Operations Manager based in Dubai, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Gather and analyze client’s requirements from a technical, schedule and budget perspective to determine project requirements
  • Identify material and pre fabrication needs and liaise with Suppliers and Sub Contractors to obtain quotations
  • Prepare and evaluate bids / offers / quotations for the clients
  • Monitor projects progress to ensure it runs according to assigned schedule and budget (raw material delivery, teams’ coordination: calculation and design, QC and NDT requirements, workshop pre-fabrication, installation with deployment team…)
  • Participate in client / contractor meetings, and manage any potential project issue.
  • Prepare weekly report and a Project Summary upon project completion
  • Undertake Surveys on Remote Site Locations (Onshore / Offshore), gather and prepare a Survey Report in order to produce commercial offers for supply and installation work scopes.
  • Follow up offshore/onshore installation to ensure remote project operations are undertaken in a safe, efficient and professional manner whilst fulfilling all necessary technical and quality requirements.


Qualification & Knowledge
  • Engineering Degree
  • Technical knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW)
  • Knowledge of High Pressure piping (5,000psi, 10,000psi, 15,000psi WP) beneficial
  • Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural)
  • Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1)
  • Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements
  • Experience of installation on both offshore and onshore rigs

  • 5 years’ experience in Project Management in welding, piping or metalwork

Administrative Coordinator USA

Based in our office in Houston and reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will be to:


  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and direct voicemail messages to staff members.
  • Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes, and packages by booking couriers.
  • Ensure that the facility is kept tidy and coordinate office cleaning services
  • Prepare, send and file Purchase Orders as per request given.
  • Liaise with office suppliers and IT and phone services
  • Maintain pantry supplies and ensure that it is well stocked with water, milk, sugar, tea and coffee.
  • Manage local and overseas travel arrangements for visitors, and personnel, hotel bookings and car rental arrangements.
  • Perform a variety of administrative support duties such as marketing services, purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, etc.
  • Liaise with staffing agencies or other 3C Metal branches when temporary personnel is needed for projects and gather required documentation
  • Book and organize offshore medical examinations and trainings for staff and contractors.
  • Maintain personnel data base and schedule.

Qualification and Competencies
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist and administrative and personnel management responsibilities
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
